- Comprehensive Infrastructure & Operations Assessment: Our starting point: $5,000-$50,000
- Monthly Strategy & Implementation Consulting: Fixed monthly amount based on defined scope of work: $2,500 – $15,000/mo
- SOP’s, Project & Process Management: Fixed project amount based on defined scope of work: $5,000 – $150,000
- Outsourced COO Services: This can be anywhere from 2 to 40 hours per week. We fit a program to your needs, not a standardized structure like many other firms. We consult with you and help you identify your current and ongoing COO needs. We provide World Class Operational Management tailored to your budget, limited resources and other fiscal constraints. We’ll get you more for less. And, you’ll get better results. Fixed monthly amount based on defined scope of work: $2,500 – $20,000/mo.
